A $40 Mega Yarn Yoshi Amiibo releases this November

Nintendo decided to super-size their upcoming yarn Yoshi line of Amiibos to help support the Wii U’s upcoming platformer Yoshi’s Wooly World. A Mega Yarn Yoshi plush Amiibo will hit store shelves in November with a retail price set at $39.99. The same NFC Amiibo functionality as its smaller counterparts will be included in the Mega Yarn Yoshi as well, but will be located in Yoshi’s foot instead of a small plastic pedestal. As cool as this Amiibo is, I’m sure Nintendo will only manufacture a small number of them, forcing the price to skyrocket to $100+ hours after launch. Regardless of our Amiibo woes, this is a pretty cool collectible!
