Call of Duty: Black Ops III cuts the campaign on 360/PS3

Bad news for Call of Duty fans. Activision announced that Call of Duty: Black Ops III will NOT have a single player campaign on the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. Apparently the single player mode is too graphically demanding and they couldn’t get a variation of it running on last gen hardware. The game will only include multiplayer and zombies and will retail at $50. Bummer for CoD fans who haven’t jumped on the current generation yet. I believe $50 is steep for a game lacking the mode that probably took the most money to produce and develop, but I’m sure fans will still jump on it.

The game releases November 6th on Xbox One, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Playstation 4 and PC.
