Retro Reminisce Podcast: Episode 003 – The Lone Ranger (NES)

This week in Retro Reminisce, we welcome our very own host of The Gaming Outsider, Scott Clark, to discuss an underrated Konami NES classic titled The Lone Ranger. Based on the classic TV show and radio serials, the game is an action adventure game with some light RPG elements. We discuss the game’s unique use of the Zapper light gun peripheral, games that are similar to its gameplay style, the awesome MIDI soundtrack, and the fair yet tough difficulty. Towards the end of the episode we’ll tell you how rare the game is and what its current pricing trends are in case you would like to hunt down a copy. Grab the episode now on iTunes, Stitcher, TuneIn or Google Play Music. You can listen directly below as well. Thanks and enjoy the show!
