Retro Reminisce – Episode 009: Castlevania 64

This week on the Retro Reminisce podcast, Josh and Justin take a look at Castlevania for the Nintendo 64 — a game that both absolutely hated at release. Due to the following that this game has received over the years, the duo decide to revisit the game 17 years later to see if it happens to click with them this time around. The two discuss what made this game stand out among the other titles in the franchise, the positives and negatives of the gameplay and how well it holds up today. At the end Josh will tell you what the current pricing trends are in case you’re interested in picking it up for yourself. Due to some really weird audio issues, Justin sounds like some sort of robot this week so we apologize for the technical difficulties. You can grab the episode now on iTunes, Stitcher, TuneIn Radio or Google Play Music, or just listen below. Thanks and enjoy the show!
