New Shenmue III test footage released

Yu Suzuki’s highly successful Shenmue III Kickstarter campaign is ending in less than 57 hours and currently sits at $20,000 shy of hitting the 5 million mark. To celebrate, Yu Suzuki’s development studio YsNet has released the first glimpse of early developmental test footage of the game running in Unreal Engine 4. The scene is titled Lake of the Lantern Bugs and is similar to one found towards the end of Shenmue II. Including some beautiful imagery and a tear-inducing musical score, it seems that Shenmue III is shaping up to be a worthy successor already!
