Batman: Arkham Knight PC fixes will take longer than we thought
PC Gamer, the dedicated PC gaming magazine, caught wind of an internal memo sent to EB Games Australia this week concerning the release window for the relaunch of Batman: Arkham Knight on PC. Last month, the PC version of Batman’s latest adventure was pulled from store shelves and digital storefronts due to glitches, crashes, poor hardware optimization and missing assets. All DLC has been put on hold as well for season pass holders. While a single patch has been released that fixed a couple of minor issues, the biggest issues have still not been addressed. According to the memo from WB sent to EB Games, the game will not be officially fixed and re-released until the Fall (or Spring in Australia).
We still have not received an official word from WB as of yet, but it seems that Batman fans will have to wait quite awhile longer in order to stalk the streets of Gotham City once again on PC. Hopefully PC fixes will be rolled out continually for those who decided to keep the game, but as of now PC gamers are still in the dark as to what is actually going on over at WB Games and Rocksteady.
