ZombiU hitting the Xbox One, PS4 and PC digitally as Zombi
Ubisoft’s ZombiU was an incredibly underrated launch title for Nintendo’s ill-fated Wii U console. The game was intense, had the most frightening zombies in video game history, and made great use of the Wii U gamepad. To our surprise, ZombiU was a horror treat that truly felt like a survival experience. Unfortunately for Ubisoft, the game didn’t sell so well being an exclusive title on the Wii U and all.
The publishing giant announced this week that ZombiU will be hitting the PS4, Xbox One and PC digitally on August 18th but will drop the U in the title and will be simply named “Zombi” instead. We have no idea what changes will be made aside from the title or how the gamepad features will be utilized in this version, but we’re excited to see the game make a comeback regardless!
