Monthly Video Game Giveaways on Patreon

Hello everyone! I wanted to announce that starting in November, with Call of Duty: WWII, The Gaming Outsider will begin using Patreon money to purchase games for us to review on the show and our website.

At the moment, we’re going to purchase one game a month and will purchase more as we grow. This way we can offset the out-of-pocket cost of purchasing these games while also giving back to our supporters.

These contests will only be for paying Patreon subscribers at the $3 and above tier since those folks help keep us afloat the most.

So how will this work? Each month we will pick one major release to purchase physically and assign it to one of the three hosts. As soon as the game is finished, that host will write a review and send the game off to the winner of the contest.

Each month we will announce the game and platform involved. If you would like to be in the running to win a copy of that game, all you have to do is reply to our post on our Patreon page announcing the next game and let us know that you are interested in having it.

Once we’re finished with the game, we will have a random drawing for those who let us know they would like to have the game. We will notify the winner ASAP and send it your way.

That being said, our first game will be Call of Duty: WWII for the Playstation 4. If you would like to have our review copy, let us know on Patreon when it’s posted.
