Moonlighter 2 Gameplay Revealed in IGN Fan Fest Xbox Showcase!
The sequel to one of our Editor-in-Chief’s most recommended games (Moonlighter, see Scott’s review with a 9.5 rating here), has released a new gameplay trailer that has him impatient with excitement! In Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault (Digital Sun & 11 bit studios) we will return to the challenges of looting in a roguelike way along with the trials of shopkeeping as we find ourselves in a strange land in another dimension. We must save the village while trying to get back home! It’s set to launch on Xbox Series S/X, PlayStation 5 and PC later this year.
What We Can Expect
Only in Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault, will you:
- Revive Tresna’s Splendor – You’ll invest in the village’s development by supporting local businesses, upgrading gear, and unlocking new opportunities. As Tresna flourishes, so will your shop’s fortunes.
- Loot Like a Legend – You’ll prepare your gear, and steel your nerves in a search for unimaginable treasures. But beware: the farther you go, the higher the stakes—and the greater the risks.
- Master the Art of Shopkeeping – You’ll transform your hard-earned loot into profits by charming customers and haggling like a pro. Customize your shop with dazzling decorations to draw even more eager buyers.
