Cooking RPG Adventure Town of Zoz Unveiled During Humble Showcase
Studio Pixanoh has officially unveiled Town of Zoz, a cooking action RPG coming to PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Developed and published by Studio Pixanoh, the game is set to release later this year.
Unfolding in a mysterious village shrouded in ancient curses, Town of Zoz follows Ito, a reluctant hero who returns to his family’s farm and restaurant. Blending fast-paced combat, deep storytelling, and unique cooking mechanics, the game invites players to explore a vibrant world, rebuild community bonds, and uncover a hidden magical presence that threatens the town’s future.
What We Can Expect
- Action-Fueled Combat: Take advantage of Ito’s skills with his trusty machete as you slash and dodge through enemies while teaming up with several trusted companions. Each one has their own unique skills to dispatch enemies.
- True Soul Food: Food plays a central role in Zoz, with Ito preparing meals that allow him to forge relationships with the townspeople. Give villagers their favorite dishes to strengthen bonds, get to know them better, or consume meals to boost stats for future hunts.

My Thoughts
Farming, hunting through battles, and collecting set us off on the right foot. “Heartwarming cooking mechanics” and co-op options mean this one could be fun for the whole family.
