ARK: Lost Colony Announced Starring Michelle Yeoh
Studio Wildcard has officially announced ARK: Lost Colony, the first all-original expansion for ARK: Survival Ascended, set to launch on November 2025 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. Developed by Studio Wildcard and featuring cinematic anime sequences by the acclaimed Japanese animation studio MAPPA (Jujutsu Kaisen, Attack on Titan, Chainsaw Man), this expansion takes players to a frozen world filled with deep lore and dangerous new challenges.
In ARK: Lost Colony, players follow Mei Yin on a soul-searching quest through a vast, perilous city to uncover the long-buried secrets of ARK’s past. The expansion directly connects the storylines of ARK: Extinction and ARK: Genesis, leading into the events of ARK 2. Featuring Academy Award-winner Michelle Yeoh reprising her role as Mei Yin, along with Madeleine Madden (Wheel of Time) as Helena Walker and Auli’i Cravalho (Moana) as Meeka, Lost Colony introduces fan-favorite characters in-game for the first time.
