My Thoughts
I always get excited when a city-builder or management sim makes its way onto consoles. This genre was my go-to on PC back in the day, but now that I don’t really have a decent gaming rig to handle modern games, I have to settle for console ports…still waiting on the console port of Cities: Skylines II, by the way! That said, because I’m relegated to console versions of games that traditionally benefit from mouse and keyboard controls, having an easy-to-use, well-optimized UI for gamepads is essential. These kinds of games can easily become overwhelming if the menus and navigations aren’t handled well. Based on that, Ixion seems like a game that’s right up my alley, and I’ll surely give this a go sometime soon.
