Join Kojima Productions on the Death Stranding World Strand Tour 2
Kojima Productions and Sony Interactive Entertainment has officially announced the upcoming release of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, launching exclusively for PlayStation®5 on June 26th, 2025. The game reunites players with Sam Porter Bridges as he ventures beyond the borders of the United Cities of America in a haunting and emotional quest to reconnect a fractured humanity. With a powerful returning cast—including Norman Reedus, Léa Seydoux, and Troy Baker—and newcomers like Elle Fanning, Shioli Kutsuna, and filmmaker George Miller, Hideo Kojima’s vision continues to defy genre expectations.
To celebrate the launch, Kojima Productions will embark on a 12-city Death Stranding World Strand Tour 2, kicking off in Los Angeles on June 8th and ending in Lucca this November. Fans can expect special events and guest appearances along the way, with more details coming soon.
The creative team includes longtime Kojima collaborators: Yoji Shinkawa (character/mechanical design), Ludvig Forssell (musical director), and Kyle Cooper (title design), promising another richly crafted experience.

All you have to say is Kojima. I’m thrilled to see a sequel to such a remarkable game. With impeccable graphics, a star-studded cast, and a production company that some might consider second to none, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is already climbing to the top of my must-play list.
