Perfect For Summertime, Aquapark Tycoon Demo Now Available

Just in time for the start of pool season, Aquapark Tycoon has opened its gates with a brand-new demo now available on Steam. My Thoughts

As someone who’s always had a soft spot for the park management genre, Aquapark Tycoon feels like a natural extension of everything I enjoy. I’ve previously reviewed games like RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures Deluxe and Jurassic World Evolution 2, and the appeal of building and fine-tuning a park—from ride layouts to guest satisfaction—never really fades for me. So the idea of a dedicated aquatic version? That’s a no-brainer.

Even RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 had its own water park expansion back in the day, known as “Soaked!”, and I always thought it deserved more love. With Aquapark Tycoon, the water-focused theme is finally getting its moment in the spotlight, and I’m eager to see just how deep the water park simulation can get. For now, Aquapark Tycoon is set for a PC-only release—so the real question is, will I finally cave and build a proper gaming rig, or will a console version make its way to me first?
