Idyllic City Builder “Town to City” Releases September 16

Galaxy Grove, the studio behind Station to Station, is back with a cozy city builder called Town to City. Published by Kwalee, the game will launch in Early Access on September 16, 2025, for PC.

Set in a 19th-century Mediterranean backdrop, Town to City invites players to design and grow a flourishing community. With gridless building tools, you can place houses, shape winding roads, and create natural neighborhoods. The warm, amber-shaded voxel style adds charm and makes every town feel personal.

The demo has already received glowing feedback on Steam. The Early Access launch promises even more ways to bring your dream town to life.

My Thoughts

At first glance, Town to City looks like a Minecraft-style sandbox but with quests and goals to guide players. The trailer highlights plenty of options, appealing to both casual builders and dedicated city planners. The pixelated visuals may not suit everyone, yet the charm is undeniable. To me, Town to City looks ready to deliver hours of creative and entertaining gameplay for all ages.
