Demo for Terrifier: The ARTcade Game, Available Now

Publisher Selecta Play and developer Relevo invite players to paint the screen red in Terrifier: The ARTcade Game, now featured with a playable demo. This gloriously gory beat ’em up sidescroller brings the murderous antics of Art the Clown to life on Steam and PlayStation 5, with a full release coming soon.

Players can take on the role of the infamous killer clown, going solo or teaming up with friends in chaotic four-player local co-op. Each stage serves as a movie set recreating scenes from Art’s grisly past, and he is none too pleased with the results. Wield everything from chainsaws to cleavers as you carve through hordes of enemies, unleash brutal finishers, and cause cinematic-level mayhem.

Terrifier: The ARTcade Game combines colorful, cartoon-inspired pixel art with fluid animations that vividly capture every over-the-top kill. A pulsing chiptune soundtrack fuels the retro arcade feel, while multiple game modes, branching stages, and intense boss battles keep the action fresh and unpredictable. My Thoughts

I covered Terrifier: The ARTCade Game once before due to my love of horror movies. A wild and crazy 16 bit inspired beat ’em up based on a horror I.P. would be right up my alley. But now the demo is available! Count me in. It’s been added to my Steam library, now I just need a little time to try it out. If you’re a horror fan, I’m sure you’re in the same boat.
