Black Jacket, developed by Mi’pu’mi Games and published by Skystone Games, reimagines Blackjack as a battle for your soul. It takes place in a purgatorial realm where the cards bleed secrets and the rules decay. Each match becomes a struggle to delay eternal damnation. The familiar logic and luck of the card game mix with new mechanics, artifacts, and supernatural twists. Every hand feels like a gamble against the damned. The demo for Black Jacket is now available on Steam, with the full release planned for PC at a later date.

My Thoughts
While reviewing Howl on the Switch back in 2023, I was invited to the Mi’Pu’Mi Games Discord server, where a small group of us were asked if we’d be interested in playtesting their new project. Over the past year, I’ve seen at least four iterations of Black Jacket, and it just kept getting better. With the demo now available on Steam, it’s the perfect time to try it for yourself.
