Vercors Games Announces Cursed TV Anthology Horror Title “Tuned In”
Vercors Games, a studio formed by veterans from Tequila Works (creators of RIME. which Scott reviewed), Airship Syndicate, and Blizzard, just announced their debut title. The game is called Tuned In. This psychological horror title traps players inside a cursed television broadcast. You must navigate a sinister lineup of puzzles and face tough decisions to survive.
This branching narrative lets you encounter or embody different survivors. Your mastery of old TV controls determines who escapes the nightmare. Reality and broadcast signals constantly bleed together to create a disorienting experience. While the game launches on Steam and Steam Deck in 2027, you can sign up for the Kickstarter pre-campaign now. Doing so grants exclusive access to a free prologue available very soon.

My Thoughts
The 20 second teaser does not show much, but the description caught my attention. I already clicked the Notify Me button on Kickstarter. A haunted TV with challenging puzzles from different horror genres sounds great. The team includes veterans from studios like Tequila Works and Airship Syndicate. That gives me confidence they can pull off this bold concept. I am intrigued by the branching narrative where TV controls dictate the fate of survivors. It is rare to see a horror title with this unique look. I am excited to see how the graphic novel style feels in gameplay.
