Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Gaming Outsider reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether The Gaming Outsider signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address (i.e. the address your credit card bank has on file for you). If you are shipping your order to an address other than the billing address a phone number is required. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Privacy Policy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, address, and optionally your phone number. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your order status and to personalize your shopping experience.

Return/Refund Policy
No returns allowed on any items, except when flaws in workmanship are found or if the item was damaged in shipping.
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on items not damaged by the purchaser. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. Please contact us at feedback@thegamingoutsider.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Items will be accepted for returns/exchanges within 30 days of when the item was delivered to you.
To return your product for refund or exchange, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping and item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any returned item must be in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed. If a refund is agreed uponse, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process a refund.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs – Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive but could take longer.
Shipping Time – in stock items will ship no later than the next business day. Each item states on its page when the expected shipping date is. We ship Monday – Friday, holidays excluded. USPS orders also ship on Saturday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate. If you need an order by a certain date choose UPS next business day or 2 day services. The Budget Free shipping option can take 4-7 business days. International customers – Budget shipments do not include tracking and on occasion will take a long time to arrive. If you need tracking or your items more quickly choose the First Class, Priority, or Express shipping options.
Please note that on very rare occasions an item might sell out and become back ordered after you checkout. In that case your item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. If you ordered multiple items we will ship the in stock items immediately. You can always cancel the purchase of an item that we sell out of.
Taxes
The Gaming Outsider shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to the buyer’s designated state.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, The Gaming Outsider shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Gaming Outsider shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Gaming Outsider will issue a refund to your credit card account.
