Nintendo Celebrates Pokemon’s 20 Anniversary with Red/Blue 3DS Bundle

This year marks Pokemon’s 20 anniversary and Nintendo plans to celebrate many different ways. Along with a digital re-release of Pokemon Red & Blue and the release of Pokken Tournament, Nintendo will be launching a New Nintendo 3DS bundle that will be packaged with BOTH digital copies of Pokemon Red & Blue along with two Pokemon themed faceplates and a home theme for the handheld. Note that this is the smaller, more standard New Nintendo 3DS that was not launched in North America last February, which is pretty sweet. No price has been announced yet but the bundle releases February 27th.
