Nintendo Highlights a Plethora of Switch Indies in Its “Indie World” Stream

Just as Gamescom got underway, Nintendo streamed their latest “Indie World” video for all the world to see. The stream was comprised completely of nearly thirty titles with trailers or clips. All of the games are available in the near future, and a few are available right now. We’ve compiled a collection of trailers or each that we could find. If you’d rather watch the entire thing, we’ve also added a link to the stream at the bottom of the page. So let’s see what you’ll be able to play on the Nintendo Switch.

Risk of Rain 2

The sequel to the popular roguelike hits the Switch later this year.

Eastward

Look for this title from Chucklefish sometime in 2020.

Freedom Finger

I had a chance to play Freedom Finger at E3 2019, and it looks like a ton of fun. I know Chris Behrensmeyer is eagerly anticipating this title as well.

Roki

This title releases on Switch this winter.

Torchlight II

The underrated dungeon crawler comes to Switch on September 3rd.

Skater XL

Fans of the Skate and Tony Hawk series might appreciate this trailer. The game releases sometime next year.

Youropa

Look for Youropa on Switch this winter.

Superhot

I loved Superhot on Xbox One and PSVR, and it’s available on Switch today.

Dungeon Defenders: Awakened

Look for this title to land on the Switch in February 2020.

The Touryst

This charming title will be available on the Switch this November.

Skellboy

Skellboy sure gives off some Paper Mario vibes, and it releases on December 3rd, 2019.

EarthNight

This runner with a gorgeous art style drops on Switch later this year.

Hotline Miami Collection

You can get both ultra-violent top-down games on Switch today on the Nintendo eShop.
