Cliffy B’s new game competitive shooter Lawbreakers coming 2016

Cliff Bleszinski (CliffyB), the creator of Gears of War, returned to game design recently after a short hiatus and created a new studio called Boss Key Productions. The studio decided to finally show off the 1st game they’re working on, which has been revealed as “LawBreakers” — a free-to-play competitive multiplayer shooter coming to the PC next year. We know little of the game and if it’ll come to consoles, but a gameplay trailer has been released that gives us a taste of what this game will play like. Lawbreakers seems to be a fairly chaotic arena shooter with multiple character classes and abilities. The free-to-play model is concerning, but Cliff knows how to create a fun shooter so we’re interested to see where LawBreakers goes.
