This is the kind of game I hope for at this budget level. Remedy’s indie sensibilities are on display in every facet of the title. Remedy has never made a bad game, and with Control this holds true. A Plague Tale: Innocence | PS4 Review

There are few joys better in video games than when a studio comes along and surprises you. I would not have expected a compelling game this soundly made out of a company with the catalog of Asobo Studio. I do wish there were more twists in the plot of A Plague Tale: Innocence, but nonetheless I was left wanting to see more of these characters and this world. Here’s to hoping this won’t be the last we see of this unique rat infested setting.

Metro: Exodus is the perfect example of why playing a game to completion is so important. The characters grow as the game progresses. Stakes are constantly being raised, but remain personal. The darkness of humanity is explored, but so is the light. As you play more, you become more invested in everything going on.
